Dr Zola Mbovane
CHAIRMAN AND DIRECTOR
Zola is a medical doctor, steeped in issues of vulnerable community development and empowerment, whose medical practice focuses on reproductive and community health. His community leadership abilities not only see him involved in matters of social development issues but also extend to activities of socio economic empowerment; local economic development and entrepreneurship.
He has extensive experience in property development in under resourced communities - having developed a portfolio of commercial properties himself.
He is also currently the Director of CPC/QUALICARE, the biggest IPA in the Western Cape.

Monde Mpongoshe
DIRECTOR
Monde completed his studies in BA Law (UWC) and business at UCT and the Graduate School of Business (UCT).
His experience and area of focus is organizational development, human capital/skills development,change management, corporate social responsibility and local economic development with almost 20 years of experience in the private and public sectors. He started out as a line function manager at Old Mutual plc, where he graduated in the company's management development programme. During this time, he also gained experience in frontline customer relations management and human resources policy formulation in the personal financial advice department.
In 2005 he founded Mpoma, a consulting and investment holding company. He has also worked with various consulting entities in research and development work in Local Area Economic Development; Small–Medium and Macro Enterprise Development and B.B.B.E.E policy & strategies.
